Description: This old knife has been used a lot and sharpened many times but not abused.The stag handles have no cracks or chips but have stains and overall even wear.The sheath is dry and brittle and the snap fastener has broken through.Blade shows wear from use and sharpening as well as carbon coloration.The tip looks blunter than it was new,again probably from sharpening and use.The date code number is 96083 which indicates it was made in 3rd quarter of 1968.
