I am not an expert on glass but I strongly believe the 68 on bottom means manufactured in 1968.The 'Liquor Bottle' embossed on bottom was a federal law that allowed liquor to be sold in it. Either the 12 or 14 represent the registered liquor glass maker, either (12)Armstrong Cork or (14)Brockway Glass,maybe both??
