Click image to enlarge Description This is a 1968 program between the Baltimore Orioles and the Detroit Tigers played at Memorial Stadium in Baltimore. The program is scored. The program is from July 28, 1968. The Orioles beat the Tigers 5-1. The Orioles were led by Frank Robinson, who had 2 hits, including a 2-run home run. Boog Powell had 3 hits and 2 RBI. Don Buford had 2 hits, while Mark Belanger, Davey Johnson and Dave McNally had 1 hit each. Brooks Robinson was held hitless. Dave McNally was the O's starter and pitched a complete game for the Win. The Tigers managed only 3 hits off McNally. The Tigers only run came off a home run by Willie Horton. Don Wert and Jim Price each singled. Al Kaline was held hitless. Mickey Lolich was the Tiger starter and took the Loss. Check out the concession prices. You could get a hot dog, a beer and a bag of potato chips, and still get change back from your dollar !! The condition of this program is G-VG. The front cover has nice color and gloss. There is small chip in the lower left corner. The spine is split at the bottom 6". The back cover has nice color, with some wear. The program is scored and there is some light staining to the scorecard. Other than that, the insides are clean. Please check the scans.
