Description: 1964-D Lincoln cent with a doubling to the west of the Reverse. Certification by the Numismatic Error Collectors of America (NECA) in 1965. They are now known better as CONECA. Coin is in almost uncirculated condition. The ink-on-ink depiction on the certificate seemed confusing so I added an improved visual version so you can see what the error looks like.
