Description: 1962-2017 Uncirculated P & D Postal Commemorative Society Mint Coin & Stamp Set with 73 Different Panels. This is every set from 1962 - 2017 including the 1976 Silver set housed in two Binders. The 1st Binder has minor wear damage on the edge, I can replace it with a new Binder if you prefer but it will have someone's name embossed on it. The 1962, 1963 and 1964 are key sets in the series. The later year sets are the more expensive sets due to limited production and declining subscriptions. The lowest priced 2017 set on eBay is my set at $124.00. The lowest 2016 set is listed at $139.98. I sell the panels by year in my eBay store. I try to be the lowest price on eBay. If you find a lower priced set for sell message me and I'll see if I can meet or beat the price. If you purchased these 1964-2017 panels individually on eBay the cost would be over $1700.
