The How And Why Wonder Book Of The Civil War (5017): 1961. Small magic marker mark on the "R" of "WAR" on the cover, and an inscription written on the first page, but no other writing. The cover has separated from the pages (but the pages are still together). The How And Why Wonder Book Of Coins And Currency (5058): 1965. Overall in good shape. Some scuffing around the edges, and a light stain on back cover. The How And Why Wonder Book Of The Old Testament (5050): 1964. Overall in good shape except for some light scuffing. Small pen mark on the top of the front cover. The How And Why Wonder Book Of Planets And Interplanetary Travel (5026): 1962, 1967. Overall in good shape except for some light scuffing. The How And Why Wonder Rook Of Rocks And Minerals (5004): 1960. The pages have separated from the cover and each other (but none missing), and the spine is damaged. The How And Why Wonder Book Of Science Experiments (5034): 1962. Please note that this book is slightly smaller than the others -- 10 5/8" x 8". I suspect the bottom edge was trimmed off, maybe after incurring damage as there is still some damage on that edge. No text is cut off though. Some folds on the covers and a stain on back cover. The How And Why Wonder Book Of Sea Shells (5014): 1961. Pages are detached. The spine is damaged at the top and bottom. Page 23/24 was sticking out and the edges have flaked off (but no text has been lost). The How And Why Wonder Book Of Sound (5028): 1962. Overall in good shape except for some scuffing around the edges of the covers/spine, and along the bottom edge of some pages. The How And Why Wonder Book Of Stars (5006): 1960, 47 pages. A couple of wrinkles on the front cover, discoloration/stains on the back cover, and damage to the spine. Pages are fine. Please check out my other items if you get a chance.
