Description: This is a vintage 14-page booklet (see picture), written by ski champion YVES LATREILLE, entitled "The Fine Points of Skiing". This booklet was copyrighted in 1959 by the Union Oil Company of California and, through both narrative and sketches, Yves Latreille provides excellent instruction on skiing--from proper exercises to controlling the skis. There are also several pages at the back of the booklet that focus on darts--from dart baseball to dart golf and dart bowling. This booklet is clean and intact, exhibiting light wear and some discoloration from handling and storage over the past 56 years. It would make a nice addition to your own collection, or it would make an inexpensive and unique gift for that ski or darts enthusiast, Yves Latreille fan, or vintage publication collector in your life!
