We are offering a lunch box (8.75" x 7.25" x 3.25") and matching thermos bottle (2.75" diameter x 8.5", including red plastic cup & original cork stopper). Full color litho on flat metal (box and thermos). First series "narrow" box style with wood grain graphics on sides and back. Full color front shows Roy Rogers on Trigger the horse with Dale Evans and Bullet the dog in background. Back graphics include "RR" brand with rope/western icon border accent. Bottom states: "(c) Roy Rogers" and embossed on bottom: "A Product of The American Thermos Bottle Co., Norwich, Conn., USA". First series Roy Rogers thermos bottle is the unique tall narrow design. Nice image of Roy and Dale with Trigger and Bullet standing in front of ranch entrance. A scarce ROY ROGERS early grouping with great eye appeal. Condition on both is considered GOOD to FAIR with miscellaneous surface/stain/edge wear. Scattered surface scuff & paint wear on both. Misc. rim wear with several mild dents on box. Misc. tape residue on wood grain box back & non-graphic inner box. Misc. surface oxidation on bare metal areas of box and bottle. Metal handle intact with a working latch. Box interior is relatively clean with moderate stain/scuff wear. Inner bottle metal support is included. No chips or cracks on cup. Glass insert is still intact.
