Condition: Used, good shape. 1953 Wheaties Cereal premium metal international mini plate for bicycles. Tiny bit of scuffing on the raised areas, but not bad. Some surface rust on the rear of plate. This plate was never installed on a bike, so the screw holes are clean and unused. All mini plates that I have for sale are combined shipping for a flat $4.50.
