This is an original GM 322 Nailhead LH driver side exhaust manifold used in the 1953-54 Buick Century, Super and Roadmaster 322 cars. Condition is used, nice original manifold, no cracks or broken off ears, all outlet studs are still intact and not stripped out, heat riser is not seized up, will need to be cleaned and painted before install, cast number 1345465.
