This includes the cardboard main building, the paper floor, 5 large cardboard display signs, 2 store signs, 62 vintage product pieces, a coupon/order sheet and the outer envelope. The envelope has some tears but still works to hold the set. Everything else is in good shape w/minor age/play wear but no issues I can find. I think that should cover everything, but please feel free to email questions you may have. Finally, due to the size of this set, it’s being sold AS-IS with NO RETURNS.
