1950’s Monticello China Cabinet by Bassett Furniture

I have personally had this piece as its second owner since 1995 when I bought the estate of Herman J Kohlde in Chicago. I once had the dining table/chairs but gave them to my parents. Its Antique Mahogany China Hutch Cabinet is Beautiful, Classic and Traditional Looking. Mahogany wood grain is Gorgeous! Brass handles are beautiful! The glass is perfect! Dovetailed Drawers are good. Left side is in bit better shape then right side. The front bottom has had a bumps and wear but overall given its age it’s great looking and could be restored. All drawers work, top drawer is green felt lined. Left front bottom behind door has a top shelf. The right front bottom has no shelf it’s not kissing a shelf it’s made for larger items. Three drawers and three interior shelves. The glass on the main top door is curved. DIMENSIONS 49ʺW × 16ʺD × 69ʺH Very Nice Condition considering its age. Overall, This China Hutch Cabinet has held up extremely well for its age! Happy to answer questions. this looks great with the Thomasville Dining Set with leather chairs that I am also selling.
