Description: This is a true original WWII poster was issued by the Office of War Information as OWI Poster No. 8 in 1942. Three muscular arms reach upwards towards heaven, perhaps invoking The Almighty, all holding tools essential to fighting and wining WWII. The “Strong in the sense of the Lord” quote is attributed to then Vice-President Henry Wallace. The poster is in great shape and has been professionally framed and I believe matted, but am unsure. It is definitely in great shape and is ready to be displayed. The work still has great color and has been kept out of sunlight. The poster was originally folded, as you can see in the photos. The frame measures 26 x 34 inches. The price of shipping includes packaging, tracking and insurance.
