The game consists of introductory rules, score cards, and instructions. A hard to find, circa 1940's World War II era game -"SALVO - The Game of Naval Warfare". The game consists entirely of a pad of grid-paper instructions printed on the back cover (this is not a board game). The object of the game is to search out and destroy your enemy ships before he has sensed your position and sunk your ships. The player with a remaining ship at the end of the game is declared the winner and becomes the Admiral of that game. These are for the score cards only. In very good condition. Shelf wear/corner bends, corners slightly bumped. Clean pages, light age-toning and foxing. Binding tight. All pages securely affixed, no rust at staples. Will be carefully packaged.
