Annette Troxel was born on November 4, 1910. She died in January 1985 at 74 years of age. Her last known residence was in Chicago, Cook County Illinois. I guarantee all paintings listed as Annette Troxel as her work! Paintings came direct from Grandson with handwritten painting information with Troxel Coat of Arms! Annette Troxel is a listed Chicago artist appearing on askart as well as Who is Who in American Art and is one of the few women modernist artists of her time. She lived and painted in Hyde Park where ex-President Obama later lived. *I purchased a number of pieces from her Grandson, also an artist. I am parting with most of them about twenty pieces, some framed some not and in various condition. These paintings have been in family storage for over 50 years and her works are just coming to light and for sale after all these years!
