Kustoff, charging Chaplin lifted the plot of one of his pictures "Modern Times," and demanding an accounting of all profits. Chaplin, shown talking to reporters, testified as to the origin of the plot used in the movie. Photo is dated: November 18, 1939. THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC PHOTO, NOT A COPY OR SCANS.
