1937 Armstrong Quaker Series "Nursery Rhyme Time" Linoleum Floor Cloth 4 Blocks

Description: Armstrong Cork Company of Lancaster, PA designed the linoleum Quaker Rug pattern so that children could amuse themselves all day long looking at nursery rhyme characters, repeating familiar nursery rhymes, or playing various games. A 1937 company publication described this pattern as “bright, colorful, long-wearing, and easy to clean” as well as “the most novel ever offered in the Quaker Rug Line.” The piece would benefit from framing to be hung on the wall or could be separated into 4 different blocks and framed. Shipping will be a challenge due to the 38" size; not heavy but oversized Payment is expected within two days of purchase. Recycled packaging material may be used.
