Description: Beautifully preserved Times Encyclopedia and Gazetteer Set Full Set! Volumes 1 - 8 Printed In 1936 These are a rare find and a valuable addition to any book collection. The pages are solid and straight. No rips or tears. A price is penciled in, but it's super easy to remove. Just like they have been sitting on the shelf waiting all these years. Some light discoloration inside the covers here and there from Father Time, but boy are they nice. The photos are in rich full color and the outside edge marbling is still very dark, no fading. Vintage 1936 condition. But I should say this set is a very well cared for condition. There are of course the normal top and edge binding wear marks from rubbing on other books or perhaps a shelf. One book, however, does have an unfortunate sad corner. It does not have any effect on the rest of the encyclopedia itself as it is far away from the pages. There is a pretty clear photo of this book in the photo list. I always try to be as descriptive and honest as possible. Ground Advantage is the cheapest method of shipping for this package.
