IN THIS GAME THE ATHLETICS BEAT THE TIGERS 11-5, AND THE TWO TIME DEFENDING WORLD CHAMPIONS WOULD GET BEAT IN THE 1931 WORLD SERIES BY THE ST. LOUIS CARDINALS.
