Turner, Army pilot, record setter and future U.S. major general. The cover contains three additional autographs which will need to be deciphered. The cover is postmarked Kingston NY, May 26, 1931, affixed with three U.S. postage stamps. The cover measures 6.50 x 3.75 inches, in fine condition with trivial toning/edge wear.
