Description: Early 1930s or possibly late 20s bias cut burnout velvet gown. This is in amazing condition for its age! It has ruching on both hips with a round belt buckle that attaches to a sash belt that goes around the back. These are attached and so not adjustable. The gown has puffed sleeves with a net shoulder pad inside to give the shoulders some structure. It is a beautiful bias cut back that gives an amazing drape to the train. There is no opening so this is a pullover style. The gown is in very good condition. I found one torn seam in the right shoulder but that would be an easy fix. Both sleeves have a notch cut in them to make the sleeve opening slightly larger. This can fit a variety of sizes but best for about: 38” bust 28-32” waist Hips free 55” length in front 63” length in back with the train
