Description: This is a 1930s Vintage American R. Blackinton Sterling Silver Ruby Red Glass Drum Jam Jar which is a copy of Prince Edward's Drum Jam Jar which he used in the 1860's. This Jam Jar is in excellent condition with no problems. The Drim silver is marked "Sterling" on the back of the buckles on the drum ropes. The Spoon, which is original with this set, is marked with Blackington's maker mark and "Sterling". The Jam Jar is 3 1/8" tall by 3" in diameter. The jar, spoon, and lid weigh 11.5 OZ. Most of the items I sell are estate finds, and are presented to you in, as is, as found condition. They are described to the best of my knowledge.
