1930s Chinese Embroidered Landscape Pajama Suit Set silk

Description: This Antique 30s Vintage Asian Silk Hand Embroidered Pajama Suit Set is decorated with people landscape hand embroidery. The embroidery is of people in red robes among various floral landscape architecture. The kimono is trimmed with a deep black silk along the edges and cuffs. This deep colored trimmed is lined with brown piping. The jacket has four frog closures in the same brown piping. the jacket is heavily embroidered while the pants are only embroidered below the knee. The pants are not lined, unlike the jacket that is lined in a cream silk. Both vintage pieces are in good condition for their age. The exterior of the jacket contains only one spot of discoloration on the right hem line. There is also some small brown spots on the right shoulder. There is one brown spot on the left front about waist high on the pants. The lining of the jacket is in good condition except for some light brown spots along the collar and back. The pants are draw-sting making them adjustable. There is a small nickel sized water stain on the right side of the pants just above the knee. The pants have many other small brown spots through the entirety of the fabric. There is a small brown spot and minor hole in the fabric on the right leg of the pant at the waist line. This jacket is 26 inches long, has a 24 inch sleeve length, and closed chest measurement is 44 inchesThe pants have a 26 in inseam, has a max waist of 40 inch, and length of 42 inches, 19 inch rise please view all photos prior to purchase.
