Description: 1930 LADIES ART DECO BULOVA SAPPHIRE MISS LIBERTY WATCH 6AF 15J WITH MATCHING FILIGREE BAND. Movement: Well made BULOVA Swiss manual wind movement. This is a fine classic 6AF caliber, running well on 15 jewels. The movement is working well & keeping good time. Case, Crystal & Crown: Original and signed white gold colored case in excellent shape with no wear and signed Bulova Quality, Pat June 10, 1924. Decorated with at Art Deco style pattern of X's, containing 6 synthetic Sapphires. The watch winds and sets properly. Crystal is original and has minor scratches. Sapphire condition: Sapphires are in good condition. Minor wear. Dial &Hands: 100% Original and signed BULOVA on the sterling silver dial with black crisp numbering. Hands are original to the watch. Size: Measures 18 mm side to side (excluding crown) and 30 mm lug to lug. Band: Band is an art deco style filigree. Band and watch measure 6 3/4” not stretched and stretches to 7 1/2”. Band attaches at the watch hub. Tip for collectors: Despite popular demand for refinished clean dials, I am aware of collectors' search and sensitivity for original dials. Therefore any dials known to be refinished, will be clearly mentioned in the dial section of the description. Otherwise, dial is believed to be 100% original. Due to the age of these filigree bands, I do not know the exact condition so I do not guarantee then to NOT break. I have not has them inspected by a jeweler. Its as is condition.
