This is an original press photo. Picture Out Of Our Past. On the Sunday after Christmas Mass of 1926, this photo was taken in the side yard of Annunciation Church on Mandeville Street. Jean S. Boudreaux of 511 Flood Street, the photo's contributor is pictured top left next to Father Joseph Gardes, now deceased. To the right of Father Gardes is Tilton Molero; at the bottom is August Demerest and the late Merlin Dummet. All the altar boys are dressed in red and white attire made especially for Christmas Mass.
