He was the first official world flyweight champion. This is his guide to the art of boxing, with a preface by Mr. 'Ted' Lewis, who was his manager for all of his great contests. This volume forms a part of Foulsham's Sports Library. Illustrated with fourteen illustrations of various stances. A page of publisher's advertisements to the rear. Undated, dated through copies held at the British Library. CONDITION In the publisher's original paper wraps. Externally smart, though darkened and a little creased to the spine. Marks to the front of the wraps. Small tear to the head of the front joint. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
