Actual rabbet measures 18 1/4" by 20 1/4", molding width 3 1/2", outer dimensions 24 1/4" by 26 1/4", visible opening from front 17 3/8" by 19 3/8". Condition excellent for age, slight miter cracks, very minor finish blemishes.
