The date area has been acid restored as well as the entire reverse, causing the surfaces to be lighter in color, porous/pitted and causing some details to only be seen when viewed at the right angle with a good eye. I cannot tell which mint this coin was struck at, but I feel certain having the coin in hand that there is either a D or S mintmark that is extremely weak. It does have some reverse scratches.
