Minimal text . Fantastic photos of these top stars. A de luxe piece of memorabilia if you are interested in Cabaret, Dance or Costume. On a par with the Folies Bergere Albums produced in Paris from 1923 onwards. 16 pages + card covers & staple binding. Page size 22 x 30 cms. The production was a Parisian style Revue with a team of young dancers and actresses. Title was "5064 Gerrard". Produced by French-born Andre Charlot; it was his first Revue since taking over the Alhambra Theatre. He had signed up Deslys and Pilcer, the best modern dance couple in Europe. Other notable performers were Phyllis Monkman and Lee White. Also featured in the magazine is Murray's, a new Cabaret Club that had just opened in London. Whilst printed in WWI during difficult war conditions, it is a classy production. Publisher used shiny art paper with some full page photos of the performers. Images sell!
