Description: Dec 23, 1913 photograph written near bottom is "Reeve MacGregor + Councillors of Burnaby. BC with Officials of the BCER at the Opening of Burnaby's new tram extension on Hastings St. E Dec 23, 1913". "J. Phillips Capital Hill" in bottom right. The inscription appears to have been written on the photo in fountain pen. Photo measures 25x19cm and is glued to cardboard which has some staining. Photograph is in good shape with some light areas of staining and a couple of scratches. Overall a great piece of Vancouver History. Thanks for checking it out!
