Illustrated with a frontispiece, one double-paged colour map, two colour maps, and forty-six plates.Undated, dated from Jisc from a copy held at the British Library. CONDITION In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, generally smart, with a damp stain to the head of the boards. Light rubbing to the spine and to the extremities. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine, lighter bumping to the extremities. Front hinge is starting but firm. Prior owner's ink inscription to the front paste down, and to the recto of the front endpaper. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright with the occasional scattered spot.
