Description: For your consideration is a 1908 Illinois license plate in uncleaned condition. 13066 is nicely displaying all original leather license plate constructed with painted black affixed characters on a leather pad. Both original hanging clasps exist and are structurally sound. The top edge of the backside of the leather pad has a leather tear. The license plate features wear including scratching, paint loss, and rust resulting from period era use, aging, and storage.
