Description: This is for one l used Safety Assembly for the 1903 Springfield and for the 1903A3 US Rifle. The body is not marked on the right side and there is a small letter R on the rear of the actual safety lever. The plunger and spring are in place and the lever moves as it should. The words SAFE and READY are in small capital letters without any serifs. You will receive the part shown in the photos. It is unknown if this was ever refinished but this has been owned by me for over 25 years and has not been refinished in that time. Serviceable part that will fit your rifles.
