Description: Reverse identifies this as the Black Hundred on the steps of Tsarkoe Selo, filed w/ the Brown Brothers New York City archive in October of 1907. These men appear to be military leaders, Duma members and priests (possibly including Rasputin at far right) that have been blanketed under the term Black Hundred by the press. 8 x 9.5” w/ significant edge tears and loss. Has been stabilized w/ rice starch tape. Easily worthy of restoration and expert research.
