Description: In good used condition with cover wear in the form of discolorations/stains, dinged corners, and soft spine edges. There is a sticker with someones name written on it in the top left corner of the inside of the front cover. The first fold-out map was torn loose from the book but is still present. It has been folded wrong so there are crease lines, as well as tears, a small hole, and other light marks. The 2nd map is also accounted for and has a few blemishes, but is generally in good condition. Otherwise, the binding is tight and the pages are clean and secure.
