It is by the American cartographer and publisher, William M. Bradley. There is a copright with his name and date in the bottom margin, which states: Copyright by Bradley & Co., 1881. The map is not mounted, matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as seen in the first pics. Overall, a beautiful map in great shape. Size: The map image area measures approximately 5 1/2 by 8 1/2 inches (14x22cm) on a 6 1/2 by 9 1/2" page (16x24cm) with a margin all around as seen in the pic. Condition: It is in Very Good overall condition for its age, basically as seen in the pics, blank on the reverse with original handcoloring as issued.
