Information includes length of tenancy, annual rent and a description of the property. CONDITION In the original paper vellum binding. Externally very smart, with just a couple of marks to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean, except for spotting to the first and last couple of pages, and a little age toning to the page perimeters.
