CONDITION In the publisher's original full cloth binding. Externally generally smart, with some bumping to the head and tail of the spine resulting in a little loss to the cloth. Extremities are also rather bumped. Ownership bookplate to the front pastedown; pencil notes to the rear pastedown. Internally, front hinge is strained but remains firm; binding is otherwise a little tender, with noticeable strain to pages 208 and 209 and binding exposed at pages 240-1 and 256-7. Pages are bright and clean, with the odd pencil mark to the advertisements at the rear.
