Junius is the pseudonym of a writer who contributed a number of letters to the Public Advertiser from 1769-1772, whose identity is still a matter of scholarly debate, as no concrete evidence has been discovered. John Almon (1737-1805) was an English Journalist and writer on political subjects, notable for his efforts to secure the right to publish reports in Parliament. This piece would be an excellent find for anyone interested in political writings of the 18th and 19th centuries. FORN-MSB-0324-0723-WS268
