CONDITION Re-backed with calf leather to spine, straight grain Morocco to the boards. Gilt detailing to boards and spine. Light marking to the boards. Some light rubbing to the extremities and spine, particularly head and tail of the spine. Marbled detailing to pastedowns and endpapers and on extremities. Tidemark to frontispiece and recto. Internally, firmly bound. Some light age toning, particularly towards centre, otherwise pages are bright and clean. Folding maps between pages 200-201, 280-281, and 426-427, the former two with some edgewear. Worming to folding map between pages 200-201 and continuing to page 252.
