Illustrated with two folding maps. No collation for plates available. Bound without the last few pages of index, text ending with page 296. A copy held at the British Library on Jisc calls for 304 pages. CONDITION In a full morocco binding. Externally, generally smart. Some small loss of leather to the front board. Rubbing to the spine. Light marks to the boards. Cracks to the head and tail of the front joint. Bumping to the extremities. Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned and clean. Pages iii to x, 27 to 34, 63 to 70 are working loose.
