Description: selling the 1800-1950 Sesquicentennial Map of Johnstown Pennsylvania compiled and drawn by M Margaret Greer c1950. she was the author of "From Trail Dust to Star Dust: The Story of Johnstown Pennsylvania, A City Resulting from Its Environment later in 1960. this came from a local estate. it is in very good preowned condition. it has been laminated by the original owner at some point as shown. measures 15 1/2" x 10 1/2". this is not a thick lamination. i believe that this rendition of the map was used to construct the frontispiece map of the later book. scarce.
