Description: Medium steel and light olive with hints of reddish brown in some protected areas, covered with microscopic porosity. There are traces of old verdigris in some protected areas, visible under a glass. There are fine, old scratches scattered on the obverse and a more notable scratch through the E's in ONE CENT, as well as a pair of rim nicks at AM. EDS, Breen State I. Struck with dies out of proper axial alignment, causing stronger details on the upper half of the obverse and lower half of the reverse. The date is a bit weaker as a result, but readable.
