Written by Peter Porcupine or William Cobbett. Cobbett was an English pamphleteer, journalist and politician who argued for Parliamentary reform. CONDITION Re-bound in cloth. Externally, excellent. Internally, firmly bound with age toned pages which have some scattered spots.
