A wide variety of years and mintmarks are present. Each coin ranges from 1796-1889 and could have been minted in either Philadelphia, New Orleans, San Francisco, or Carson City. Copper, nickel, and silver coins are here in the lot. This hoard was simply separated by the original collector into "Nice" and "Not So Nice" conditions. This listing is for the "Nice" half. All coins have visible designs without major damage. No holes, bends, large gashes, or heavy corrosion. Uncommon for being 120+ years old! These are great coins, but may not be choice. Light cleaning or small scratches did not cull them out to the original collector. Grades range from About Good to Fine. Most of the coins have strong readable dates!
