You are bidding on 20 TSUKUBANE JAPANESE MAPLE SEEDS - Acer palmatum 'Tsukubane' .This is one of the larger Japanese maples displaying an attractive, broad, palmated red leaves with green shade at the center of the lobe which emerge in spring and turn orange in autumn. The large amoenum leaves of 'Tsukubane' may give a bronze hue in the spring over a green yellow to olive colored leaf. In the fall it turns yellows and orange.It is a moderate grower reaching 8-10 ft in 10 years. Width: 15-20' Height: 15-20'Zone: 6 - 9 Medicinal use : None known Edible parts of Japanese Maple: The sap contains a certain amount of sugar and can either be used as a drink, or can be concentrated into a syrup by boiling off the water.
