Clean the concrete before applying the epoxy.1.1) Previously coated concrete or damaged concreteIf your concrete was previously coated, we recommend to slightly sand it. If your concrete is damaged, you should repair any cracks or imperfections before applying the epoxy. Clean the concrete before applying the epoxy.2) MixingOur floor epoxy product use a 2A:1B mixing ratio by Volume. For example, if you pour 1 gallon of (A), you will need 0.5 gallon of (B).We recommend to mix for about 1 minute when using a drill mixer (or 3 min. if mixing by hand) and scrape the sides of the bucket while mixing.3) Application methodWe recommend to in 100 square foot sections. Use a notched rubber squeegee and /or a 3/8" thick lint-free roller with a phenolic core (epoxy compatible).The recommended thickness is 8mils.
