1/400 Diecast World Airways MD-11 Widebody Jet Jet-X #M103 OOP Factory Seal MISB

Description: I need to clear some space on my shelves, so I have to part with some of my collection. Dragon Wings has long been a leader in diecast miniature commercial and military aircraft. They created a line under the Jet-X brand in both 1/200 and 1/400 scale. This one is an elegantly finished 1/400 scale McDonnell Douglas MD-11 flown by World Airways. The MD-11 is a stretched and more advanced version of the DC-10 tri-jet widebody airliner. World Airways was a charter airline from 1948 to 2014 and flew the MD-11 from the 1990s. Many military members have flown on World Airways charters and probably have different feelings about it depending on whether they were deploying or heading home. Jet-X is no longer producing products, so these are becoming very hard to find. Despite the fantastic quality and detail of this product, I could not find much information online about it. I could not find any listings for this on eBay (hard-to-find), but as a Top Rated Plus US Seller, I have this rare item in stock and can reliably ship this to you very quickly. This McDonnell Douglas MD-11 is painted in the muted World Airways livery, fully assembled and ready for immediate display on your own miniature tarmac. It comes carefully cradled by a molded plastic insert packed in a fairly plain, sturdy box about 7” x 7” x 2”. As you can see from the pictures, the box is in great shape and still sealed with tape strips, so I consider it factory sealed and absolutely gift-ready. (The photos of the plane outside the box are stock photos from the internet. This item has not been opened.) This item contains one stunning diecast model of the wide-body MD-11 passenger aircraft that has been painstakingly painted and finished in World Airways colors.
