Description: A bundle of Salvinia Minima, also known as Water Spangles totaling 1/2 cup, or anywhere from 75-100 leaves. The second and third pictures represent half of an accurate amount that you will receive. All home-grown and thriving! Salvinia is a great beginner plant and is very easy to keep alive and propagate! It does well in almost any water condition, from ph's in the low 6's to high 8's and low temperatures in the 60s all the way up to hot water in the 80s. It also does best in lower-flow tanks, but can thrive even in high-flow environments once the colony really gets going and takes hold. You'll have a beautiful tank full of salvinia in no time! Not to mention how much all fish and shrimp love the cover that the salvinia provides! -Salvinia will be sent in a padded envelope in a plastic portion cup. As with any mailing of live plants there is likely to be some deterioration during shipping (slight wilting/browning of leaves etc.) however once they are placed in your aquarium they will bounce back in no time! -Shipping out to you may be delayed if weather in your area is due to be very hot or very cold so as to protect the plants from dying in the mail should there be a delay. I will notify you if this is going to occur to make sure you still want these plants even with the delay! -If for some reason your plants are DOA, simply submit pictures of them within 8 hours of receiving and I will either replace them or refund you! I know how much I enjoy seeing my fish and shrimp playing amongst the cover of these plants and how beautiful it is to see the top of the tank covered; I hope I can send some out to other enthusiasts and that they can see their tanks thriving with salvinia as well!
