These Crimp/Solder type connectors eliminates the difficult soldering of the coax braid by using precise crimping, while retaining the pleasure of simple soldering of the center conductor. Installation of RF connectors by crimping is the preferred method of attachment by most commercial manufacturers due the quick, quality fitment along with low cost. Included with each purchase is a 3/8-inch diameter, 10-inch length of "Therm-O-Sleeve", Polyolefin 2:1 heat shrink tubing (sufficient to cut into 10, 1-inch lengths).
